If you had an online appointment and did not have the opportunity to come to our clinic, please send your opinion HERE as the DIALOG team at the Wola clinic handles online appointments. - Within 24 hours, send an email to: opinie@terapiadialog.pl with the following information:
– a screenshot or picture of the opinion you provided,
– your name, surname and telephone number. - Once your submission has been verified, you will receive a 30 PLN discount which will be automatically deducted prior to payment. We will inform you about your discount by email.

Discounts are given once regardless if you provide more than one opinion.
If you pay for your appointment prior to verification, your discount will be deducted from your next appointment at the DIALOG Therapy Centre.

The discount amount is non-refundable.
The discount is valid for a period of 3 months.
